Buffalo chicken wings
prep 20 minutes cook 30 minutes servings 2-4
Ingredients • 8-10 chicken wings • 3 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp sea salt • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp ground garlic

Buffalo sauce • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp honey • 3 tbsp Chang’s Original

Method 1. Line tray with baking paper and preheat oven to 220°C fan forced. 2. Pat dry chicken with a paper towel. 3. Add the baking powder and seasoning to a large bowl and combine well. 4. Toss the wings into the large bowl and coat with the baking powder and seasoning mixture. 5. Place onto baking tray and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven. 6. Melt butter and honey in a pot along with Chang’s
Original Hot Chilli Sauce.
Bring to boil and then set aside until chicken is ready. 7. Pour buffalo sauce over hot chicken wings and evenly coat.

Potato salad with chilli salad dressing
prep 15 minutes cook 20 minutes servings 4-6
Ingredients • 1 kg baby red potatoes, washed and diced into 2cm pieces • 3 slices bacon, sliced and pan fried • 3 boiled eggs, cut into quarters • 2 green onions, sliced • Handful of Chang’s Fried
Noodles • Sea salt and pepper
Chilli dressing • 3 tbsp Chang’s Original
Hot Chilli Sauce • 1/3 cup mayonnaise • 1/3 cup sour cream


Method 1. Add potatoes to a large pot filled with water. Bring to boil and cook until you can pierce it in the centre with a toothpick or knife.
Drain and allow to cool. Season with sea salt and pepper. 2. Prepare the bacon, eggs and green onions. 3. Whisk together the chilli salad dressing ingredients. 4. Pour dressing over potatoes and combine until evenly coated.
Spread over serving bowl. 5. Top with pan fried bacon, boiled eggs, green onions and Chang’s
Fried Noodles.
