Terrace on Lake Como
Dreaming of the Italian sun? Be transported to T Bar at Grand Hotel Tremezzo with this delightful tipple by bartender Hatem Alouane.
Ingredients Serves one • 80ml Bourbon • 20ml Aperol • Pinch Saffron • 5 pink pepper berries • White celery, to garnish
Method Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously and strain (to remove berry pulp) into a martini glass. Garnish with white celery.

Ingredients Serves one • 30ml Ventozelo gin • 30ml Vista Alegre 10 Years white port • 30ml orange and mint syrup • 25ml rosemary syrup • 30ml lemon juice • 2 dash orange bitters • 1 egg white • Rosemary and black pepper, to garnish
Method Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a martini-style glass topped with rosemary and black pepper.
