Ingredients
Serves one
• 80ml Bourbon • 20ml Aperol • Pinch Saffron • 5 pink pepper berries • White celery, to garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously and strain (to remove berry pulp) into a martini glass. Garnish with white celery.
