Selling groups with Silversea is an excellent way to increase business revenues and your commission. Our Group Sales Program includes Super Advantage tier. • Create a marketing plan to promote your group. Consider print advertising (newspaper & magazines), TV & radio, social media, eNewsletters, database engagement, landing page on your website, and targeting special interest clubs.

• Host a client event to promote the voyage.

• Design exclusive marketing collateral such as flyers and event invites using our Marketing Central platform.

• Set up groups well in advance, especially around program releases. Be the first to market.

• Make sure your staff are trained on the group and the destination. Silversea Academy offers destination training modules.

• Use the Tour Conductor benefit to personally escort your group, add value or boost your margin.

Group terms apply to new group bookings on any voyage. Group terms provide an incremental USD SBC (“Shipboard Credit”) per suite group booking. SBC (“Shipboard Credit”) is not redeemable for cash and is nontransferable. Only the first two passengers in a booking count towards meeting the group minimum numbers. Third/fourth and additional passengers within a booking will not count towards meeting the group numbers. Group Type and eligible savings/escort provisions will be determined based on the sailing status on the day of group creation and confirmed on the group invoice. Block out sailings may apply. Payment & penalty schedule is as per the group invoice, and deposit payments are due per suite on the booking invoice when the individual bookings are created. Commission will be increased to 15% for agents on less than 13% commission on Super Advantage and Advantage Group, and this additional commission is only available where group minimum numbers are reached. An additional 5% commission will be given for those groups confirmed more than 12 months prior to the sail date, and where group minimum numbers are met. The total maximum commission that may be earned is 20%, including any bonus commission. Fares will be protected for up to 120 days from the day of group creation. Fare protection refers to the 03 or CB fare only, and not to any other promotions available in the market, including K3 port to port fares.
