My.Silversea.com is a dedicated, convenient online portal for our Travel Partners to make bookings and manage their bookings. Registering to My.Silversea.com is easy, and with access, you'll have a wealth of information at your fingertips. Our goal is to help you provide your clients with the best personal service.
ACCESS MY.SILVERSEA.COM
• To log in to “My.Silversea.com,” you'll need a registered unique email address and password.
Tip: If you’re already in our system, make sure to register with the same email we have on record in your profile.
• Once you’ve registered, your agency information will be validated and a local sales representative will be in contact within 48hrs.
Travel partners who register to My.Silversea.com have full access to the following areas:
• View and manage Silversea bookings in the reservation system, download on-board documents and submit special requests.
• Order Silversea brochures
BOOKING A SILVERSEA CRUISE IS EASY
Book your client's Silversea cruise conveniently and quickly in just 5 easy steps.
OPTIONING
After the reservation you will receive an option confirmation by email. The option will expire if not confirmed.
Our advice:
Remind your customers of the option period in advance! 1 CHECK & RESERVE VACANCIES
Did you find the perfect Silversea voyage with your customer? Then please check the availability in our Reservation system on My.Silversea.com. Please provide the following information: • Ship name and start of voyage or voyage number • Desired suite category • Membership number of the loyalty program Venetian society, if applicable • Your travel agency telephone number and email address • Full name of the guest (according to identity document) If available, you will receive from the system: • possible suite numbers • Information about an optioning

3 BOOKING
As soon as your customer has made a binding decision, you will receive the booking confirmation from us together with the invoice.
PAYMENT
To confirm the booking, the deposit must be paid. The payment terms can be found in the option/booking confirmation, as well as in the general terms and conditions.

5 COMPLETE BOOKING
In the my.silversea.com area, you or your customer can enter the necessary traveler manifest data. This automatically triggers the creation of travel documents. Our tip: On my.silversea.com you can also easily book restaurants and excursions as well as SPA services up to 2 days before departure.
