Roland Morley Urologists joins the FFEW

Roland Morley MBBS, FRCS, FRCS (Urol) Consultant Urologist Mr Morley qualified in 1982, and is a Consultant Urologist at Charing Cross Hospital. In addition to general urology, his clinical specialities are female urology and incontinence surgery, benign reconstruction including gender reconstruction and paediatric urology.

His research interests cover aspects of bladder physiology and pathology, with particular reference to incontinence, bladder reconstruction and bladder neuropathy. He is am a member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons, a member of the International Continence Society and Chair of the United Kingdom Continence Society. He is also a member of the British Association of Paediatric Urologists and a member of the British Association of Gender identity Specialists.

Roland Morley

Roland Morley MBBS, FRCS, FRCS (Urol) Consultant Urologist He is immediate past president of the Urology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine and Immediate Past Chair of the Specialist Advisory Committee for Urology in the United Kingdom overseeing all urological training. He is presently Chair for Quality and Assurance for all surgical training in the United Kingdom .

He has recently completed his term as Chairman of the British Association of Urological Surgeons’ Section of Female Urology and Reconstruction. All his practice is now devoted to these aspects of clinical care and has published widely in these areas provide about 40 – 50 medico – legal reports yearly within these specialist areas.

He has an extensive medico legal practice for 20 years covering general urology, female urology, aspects of urogynaecology and urological reconstructive surgery. Reports provided for Courts, plaintiffs and defendants. He has attended and given presentations at many conferences around the world and published numerous peer review books and articles.
