Yoga, jogging, sports, aerobics, walking, running, jumping, dancing are few simple forms of physical activities that will help you with maintaining a good health and fitness.
Eat More Often ď ˝
Instead of 3 huge meals and greater intervals, it is scientifically proven that 5 smaller meals at 4 hour intervals would be healthier for us and is the trick to keep you away from binge eating. It is also very vital to eat lesser in these meals as the day progresses.
Drink Water ď ˝
Drinking enough water is one of the important fitness tips. It is recommended that one should drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water every day. Water maintains the level of our bodily fluids, hydrates our skin, and cleanses our system.

You should never skip your meals which is a bad habit. It ruins your metabolic cycle and makes it more difficult to digest to further meals.
Flexibility and Mobility Workouts ď ˝
Start your workouts with 10-20 minutes of joint mobility work, and finish your workouts with 5-10 minutes of stretching, and focus more on your tight areas. You can also do mobility and flexibility work on your off days to get in extra activity and improve faster.
Limit Alcohol ď ˝
The same goes for alcohol, studies have shown that a glass of wine a day can improve your health. Of course, you can get the same benefits without ever consuming alcohol. But if you do like to have an occasional drink, then go on, have it.
Laugh and Smile More Often ď ˝
I know this sounds a little too simple and childish, but somehow a lot of us as adults, often forget to have a good laugh and smile. We become so obsessed with negative emotions that we think that enjoying ourselves and having a good time is almost like a crime. Relax, and try to enjoy life in the company of your friends and family regularly.
