Pronunciation: /ō-pə-rā-zon/

The proforma shows a 3-tier size model: with a building population of 500 (small), 1,000 (medium), and 1,500 (large). The financial model is intended to be conservative and includes sufficient staffing to maintain levels of service and continuity for vacation and absence.

Client/building owner responsible for all utilities, any construction work, permitting, lighting, paint, decoration to meet the design standards.

OpeRaison© provides the manufacture, delivery and installation of food service fixtures and equipment. OpeRaison© does not provide architectural remodeling, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
