has great things for you Pastor and First Lady. For in your perseverance, you have gone beyond your calling and have held steadfast to your faith as you endeavored tirelessly to encourage your flock. We pray for God unceasing blessing on both of you so your strength and determination will increase and you can continue do the good work. It has been evident to all the depth of the wealth of love, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and patience you deposit on your flocks.
MANY OTHERS HAVE started God’s work and they
bow out when trails pervades, but not you, instead you put forth resilience and face every obstacles head on. Today, here you are, still standing strong with your head held high to God.

you love deeply and adhere to God’s word, you will treat your Pastor and First Lady and children well deservingly. God has positioned them as overseers over us and we develop spiritually from their love, guidance, and teachings. They equip us with the tools to be a good Christian in service for Christ and thus, we follow Pastor as he follows Christ.
THEY
HUMBLY ACCEPT the charge to go on duty for the Lord 365 days of the year. That entails many roles of servitude, praying and fasting for us, teaching and counseling us, going to school for our kids, going to the courthouse, officiating our weddings, being at our hospitals beds, making regular nursing homes visits to the forgotten, blessing our homes and baptizing us. They even financially support us with our funerals and other needs.
NOT ALL PASTORS receive a salary, but that never deter
their efforts as they seamlessly continue to preach the gospel. Even when the flock desist from paying regular tithes and offerings, our Pastor remains unswervingly in his devotion to his flock.
GOD SAID THAT it is not just the Pastor’s Job to build up
the church. Notwithstanding, their selflessness in giving, they need our support, for it is not about them, or us, but it is all about God’s glory. Pastor will stay up all night praying for us, casting out demons, and much more. He comes to church early and stay late, teaches Bible Study and New Member’s Class and Sunday school. Many of us benefit as Pastor works as our personal taxi to take us back and forth for church.
THERE
ARE TIMES Pastor will remain at church even though there is no attendance, keeping the door open waiting for that one soul.
PASTOR, WE ARE not aware of your sacrifices because
we do not see all you do and you will never complain. You give 110 percent without reservations; we love you and thank you and pray that your faith remains unshakable in the face of the many challenges that will surround you, for your labor is not in vain...
HOW TO APPRECIATE PASTOR & FIRST LADY
1. Hold their arms up so they never fall down.
2. Support them as they support us and Respect them always. 3. Commit time to fast & pray for them to be unfaltering in their walk with God and encourage them always with your love and cheers. 4. Pay your tithes and offering consistently. 5. Be faithful to God, for pleases God and it uplifts the Pastor, First Lady & Church. 6. Listen to their instruction and be flexible. 7. Be open to guidance from them. 8. Be on time for Church. 9. Come to Bible Study and Prayers Services. 10. Refrain from unfavorable and offensively chatter to other about your Pastor, First Lady and children. 11. Do not just favor the Pastor and neglect the First Lady and children; they are one family and God is not pleased with favoritism. 12. Do not encourage gossip and divisiveness to propagate about your Pastor, First Lady and their children; protect your Shepherd at all cost. 13. Encourage them on their Birthdays and Anniversaries. 14. Remember their Holidays and respect their family time. 15. Remember them at all times and Honor them. 16. Remember that they are God’s anointed man and woman. 17. Behind every good Pastor is a great woman.(First Lady) 18. They deserve only your best efforts, so make their job a joy by doing things graciously and concisely. 19. Always strive for Excellence without excuses. 20. Whatsoever you do, do it to the glory of God.
