With a career that began in 1989, Simon’s journey in real estate started at the University of Western Sydney, Hawkesbury, where he completed the Real Estate Stock and Station and Auctioneer’s course. He then launched his career as a Property Manager with Wagga’s Nationwide Realty McGilvray. Within three years, Simon was appointed Licensee in Charge in Junee, where he managed rural, residential, and commercial sales while collaborating with the local shire council and developers to bring major rural subdivisions to fruition.

Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and customer service, Simon returned to Real Estate in Wagga Wagga in 2001 becoming a partner at Nationwide Realty McGilvray. By September 2005, Simon assumed sole ownership of the business and led its transformation into PRD.

Under Simon’s leadership, what was once a modest office in Wagga Wagga has grown into a thriving enterprise with over 35 real estate professionals. His success as Managing Director is rooted in his focus on developing a high-calibre team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and technical excellence. Selling a home is a complex procedure. Whether it’s your first time, or you’re an experienced buyer, it’s very easy to forget things and to feel overwhelmed. Whilst we are always available to answer any questions you may have, the following “event road map” should help keep you on track

Stamp duty calculator.

Stamp duty is a State Government Tax payable by the purchasers of real estate in NSW based upon the purchase price. The duty is payable to the Office of State Revenue. Some first home buyers may be eligible for a concession on stamp duty. The following table is a guideline of stamp duty costs.
