Inspectorate offers inspection, testing and consultancy services at all key loading, discharge and ship to ship (STS) locations around the world, providing independent verification of the quantity and quality of crude, petroleum products, bio-fuels, gas and petrochemicals. Our services cover quantity determination, vessel and railcar loading and discharge inspections; terminal stock reporting, blending services, quality testing and certification. Other physical interventions include tank calibration services, bunker inspections and meter proving. Exploration & Mining Services “Inspectorate’s Exploration and Mining Services provide the quality assurance crucial for today’s mineral exploration and mining projects”
Our services are delivered through a global network of geo-analytical laboratories and metallurgical testing facilities. The eight hub labs are located in Australia, Canada, Chile, Indonesia, Peru, South Africa, UK and USA. The broad spectrum of services offered include trace level analysis for front-end geological exploration, drill core analysis, full service metallurgical testing, grade control and check assays for mining operations and environmental testing. We also provide analysis for precious metals, common ores and rare elements. Multi-element service packages include Fire Assay, AAS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, fusion and pressed powder XRF testing and classical wet-chemical assaying of ore grade and concentrate samples. Our Metallurgical division provides all phases of mineral processing, hydrometallurgical and environmental testing from bench to pilot plant for flow-sheet development and plant troubleshooting.

Food Safety Inspectorate delivers services to key food markets with tailor-made solutions for the entire food and feed supply chain. We operate a network of state-of-the-art ISO17025 accredited testing laboratories and offices that provide inspection services, product testing, audits, certification and training. Consumer Products Our Consumer Products division offers a full range of services to importers, wholesalers, mail-order companies and retailers. Our services are flexible and include factory evaluation and effective pre-shipment inspection for product quality and consistency, packaging and damage to goods. This includes early production inspections followed by ongoing checks of semi-finished products through to final random checks on completed goods. Early production inspections can extend to checking the quality of components, raw materials and accessories. Comprehensive track-and-trace services allow the monitoring of goods throughout production, packing and shipment. Inspectorate can also assist in evaluating a manufacturer’s production capability, equipment, technology, management and quality control systems.
