TECTUS® TE 680 3D – THE COMPLETELY CONCEALED HINGE SYSTEM FOR TIMBER ENTRANCE DOORS When nothing is visible, this is also design. The T ECTUS hinge system enables the optimal integration of unrebated doors, with clean lines and harmonious visual appearance. The sophisticated TECTUS technology has for years been successfully used on both commercial and residential applications. Even for timber entrance doors there is a trend towards concealed hinge systems. The model version TE 640 3D with a load capacity of 200 kg is already an alternative for flush fitting timber entrance doors in order to create a clean line visual appearance. With the product novelty TE 680 3D S IMONSWERK has now developed the T ECTUS hinge range further and can offer a solution for conventional over rebated timber entrance doors. The easy installation and the comfortable 3D adjustment facilitate the fitting process while a double continuous integrated seal enables a weatherproof solution. The load capacity of 160 kg and the convenient 3D adjustment complement the innovative hinge system for timber entrance doors.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION WITH DIFFERENT OVERLAP SEAL THICKNESSES The position is always adjusted relative to the frame and door panel so that the pivot point is located centrally in the overlap. Due to the integrated double sealing system the construction remains sealed even in the hinge area.

TECTUS® TE 680 3D – FOR OVER REBATED TIMBER ENTRANCE DOORS The TECTUS TE 680 3D offers completely new possibilities regarding both the visual appearance and technical design of conventional over rebated timber entrance doors. The completely concealed hinge system creates a totally new optical design without neglecting the technical features of timber entrance doors. A very important aspect is the continuous integrated seal within the hinge system, which enables a weatherproof solution in the door rebate. The load capacity of 160 kg, the convenient 3D adjustment and the elegant visual appearance perfect the overall view of this new member of the renowned TECTUS family.
