Your Tradebank Account There are two key numbers you’ll use as a Tradebank member: Merchant Number This seven-digit number is the main number for your account and is used when processing a transaction as the seller. Employees can process sales on behalf of your company. No purchase can be made using this number. Card Number This 16-digit number appears on your Tradebank card and is required for all purchases. Each cardholder receives a unique number, which allows the owner of the account to track purchases by cardholders.

myTradebank.com myTradebank.com is our dedicated Tradebank member website and an invaluable resource for your trade business. Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an email to confirm your email address to log into the system. At myTradebank.com you can: • Access your Tradebank account 24/7 • View your Tradebank statement/client activity • Search business ads for other Tradebank clients • Buy and sell through the classified section • Keep up-to-date with event announcements • Make a payment to your account • Manage your EasyPay profile • Request new cards and reprints • Primary owner of the account can manage users by assigning specified levels of access • Access multiple accounts from one login • Export statement activity to CSV file • Manage your requests and needs with automated trading tools that notify your broker immediately.

YOUR TRADEBANK BROKER As a Tradebank client, you’ll be assigned to a Trade Broker—a professional who is highly knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of trade. Working closely with you to facilitate your success, your broker will:

Communicate With Your Tradebank Broker

• Show you how to trade effectively and facilitate trading on a daily basis.

• Educate your Tradebank Broker as to the products and services you provide.

• Serve as an additional sales person for your company, promoting your business through the Tradebank network. • Assist you in utilizing Tradebank for all your purchasing needs. • Introduce you to other business owners locally and throughout the Tradebank network. • Partner with you to make and save you money.

Ongoing communication with your Tradebank Broker is the key to your success as a Tradebank client.

• Inform your Tradebank Broker of your business and personal needs, so you’ll keep informed of trading opportunities. • Inform your staff not to spend cash before checking with your Tradebank Broker. • Your Tradebank Broker will keep you informed about the most current trading opportunities.


SELLING WITH TRADEBANK As the Seller: • Goods and services are to be sold at prevailing retail prices.

• Authorization from Tradebank should be obtained at point of sale.

• All goods and services priced under T$10,000 must be offered full trade. The amount over T$10,000 for a single transaction may include a cash component negotiated between the buyer and seller.

• Obtain pre-approval or have funds set aside in escrow for larger transactions.

• Seller should prepare an invoice for the buyer. • Seller is responsible to collect sales tax in trade. • Seller is responsible to remit taxes to the appropriate government agency.

• Seller is responsible for retaining their copy of the transaction slip. • Should the buyer dispute the charge, the seller is responsible to produce their copy of the signed transaction slip. In the case of telephone orders, the buyer’s acceptance of the product is considered to be their signature. • Help keep the Tradebank system fair and equitable. Alert the Tradebank staff to any unfair trading practices.



SELLING WITH TRADEBANK Completing & Processing a Transaction Only the Seller is able to obtain an authorization for a Tradebank transaction. The authorization number verifies the funds have been transferred from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account. For your convenience you can process a transaction and obtain an authorization number: • Via the Tradebank mobilePay App. • Online at myTradebank.com under Post a Transaction. • By calling (800) 899.1111 for the automated authorization center.

Authorization Number: Obtained from Tradebank, the authorization number signifies that the funds have been transferred from the buyer to the seller. It is the seller’s responsibility to obtain authorizations.

BUYING WITH TRADEBANK As the Buyer: • Before you make your next cash purchase, call your Tradebank Broker to see if what you are looking for is available. • Know the difference between the calling statuses of “Broker Only” and “Client Call Direct” and follow these calling guidelines. • Buyer should identify himself/herself as a Tradebank client and follow trading instructions when contacting another Tradebank client. • Gratuities are always payable in cash (18% minimum for service industries). • Brokerage fees for trade purchases and the monthly accounting fee will automatically appear on your monthly statement. • Overdue accounts will not be authorized for further purchases until the past due amount is received. Late fees will apply. • Be aware that it is your responsibility to review the pricing and quality of goods and services before you make a purchase. Tradebank does not guarantee any product or service provided by our clients. Should there be a problem with a product or service, please address it with the seller.

• Any issues with policies being broken by other clients should be brought to the attention of your Tradebank Broker. We appreciate your help in keeping the Tradebank system fair and equitable.
