Serves 1 flesh of 1 passion fruit 1/2 measure orange Curaçao crushed ice champagne, chilled
Method 1 Scoop out the passion fruit flesh into a jug or shaker and shake with the Curaçao and a little crushed ice until frosted.
2 Pour into thr base of a champagne flute and top up with champagne.
3 Decorate with the slice of star fruit
