Weekly, Youtube Instructional Cooking videos are posted going over how to cook your favorite entree whether its Soul Food, Caribbean, Italian, Comfort Food, Mediterranean, or Indian cuisines. Great care goes into each video making sure that quality content is covered. Meals such as Lobster Wellington, Salmon Wellington, Smoked Ribs with flavor and more.

I even take requests to cook whether its Catering Special Events, In-home Chef Services or a Special Cooking video.

If someone has a dish that they wish for me to cook, all they have to do is email me and I will cook the entree and post the video.

Glenn W. Wortmann, MD, FIDSA, FACP is the Section Director of Infectious Diseases at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and the Medical Director of Infection Prevention at the MedStar Institute of Quality and Safety. He maintains academic appointments at Georgetown University Hospital as a Professor of Clinical Medicine and at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences as Professor of Medicine.

Dr. Wortmann performed his undergraduate training at Princeton University on a ROTC scholarship, and then received a military deferment to attend medical school and complete an internship in Internal Medicine at the Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. He was then called onto active-duty status and assigned to Katterbach, Germany where he served for 3 years as a general medical officer.

He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and then served as an internist at Ft Eustis, Virginia for one year. He then returned to Walter Reed to complete a 3-year fellowship in Infectious Diseases.
