The cost effective Heat Recovery ventilation, provided by Ventive, has been critical to the overall success of the project. The system delivers fresh air, not only minimising heat loss, but also without adding any additional running costs, ensuring that the residents truly save money on their energy bills. A further advantage of Ventive PVHR is that it requires very little maintenance in comparison with any mechanical ventilation system. Sufficient air movement is critical for apartments that have improved air tightness. Ventive S+ provides this ventilation with an average of 90% heat recovery, achieved without any electricity use so the tenants are comfortable while their fuel bills reduce.
PVHR Performance Monitoring “I am delighted with the difference in air quality within the property. Not only has the mould problem completely disappeared, I have noticed fewer asthma symptoms as well. It’s a really simple, yet clever system that caused us minimal disruption but provided maximum results for me and my family.” Samantha, Tenant
