William Dyer Electrical (UK) Ltd has been trading as electrical contractors within the North West of England for over 20 years. They have built up a loyal customer base and provided electrical installations for the commercial, residential, industrial and public sectors.
The initial aim for William Dyer Electrical (UK) Ltd was to raise the profile of the organisation and to gain exposure in local, regional and national trade titles. Upon consultation with SMPR, the aims were further adapted to include re-positioning of the company from electrical contractors to electrical energy efficiency contractors, an update of their corporate brand and to increase their overall presence both online and off.
In 2010, they were recommended the services of SMPR to come on board to help promote the organisation and to provide PR and Marketing solutions. William Dyer Electrical (UK) Ltd is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading electrical energy efficiency contractors with a proven track record for excellent service. Historically, William Dyer Electrical had provided energy efficient electrical installations for large clients and had some staggering examples of where their low energy electrical installations had provided significant energy savings but the company had no PR channels in place to demonstrate their capabilities.

SMPR designed and built a new website and blog for William Dyer Electrical to showcase their project portfolio and their range of services. The website contains work in progress, completed works case studies, news items, articles and a complete portfolio of their services. On a monthly basis, SMPR create, optimise and publish press releases, case studies and articles for William Dyer Electrical. In addition to this, SMPR created a Quick Response (QR) code for William Dyer Electrical which was used during the re-brand when they invested in a brand new fleet of 14 vehicles.
