Chef, author and founder of Cornwall’s The Hidden Hut, Simon Stallard brings his unique cooking techniques to our shores this September. Embracing our natural environment and travelling to 3 islands in 3 days, he will bring shared food experiences synonymous with The Hidden Hut on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall and impart his love of cooking outdoors amidst scenically stunning backdrops. A beach is at the heart of each culinary experience, utilising natural materials to cook upon whilst delivering excellent value for money and accessible culinary experiences. Choose one or all three dining experiences, each distinctly different, and get to know our islands’ unique characteristics and charm.

Relax in this intimate gathering of just 25 people for one of Simon’s long-table events, synonymous with outdoor events held at The Hidden Hut on the Roseland Peninsula. Savour the flavours of a lobster supper with all the pairings, complete with dessert.

Join Simon at Lower Town Quay next to Karma St. Martin’s for a lazy lunch of wood-fired mackerel, salad, and complementary sweet bites. Unwind with a drink in hand and take in the views and tempting smells emanating from the grill.

The finale to the Taste of Scilly Festival, Simon’s seafood paella (and veggie option) will be a treat worth waiting for. Head to Porthmellon Beach for a festival gathering like no other. Swing by the Scilly Spirit pop-up beach bar for a delicious Island Gin.
