Please share your origin ID and your favorite thing (or things) to create in the Sims My origin ID is Simling131, and I love creating different kinds of builds in the Sims.
What are three things you'd like to share with our readers about yourself? The first thing is that I love to draw and paint since I was young. I studied Creative Media in university and just graduated this year. I got my first full-time job this October that is not related to my major at all, and it is also the reason why I am having fewer uploads compared past. As I studied this major, video editing has become one of my hobbies, and so, I enjoy editing Sims videos very much and hope my audience will enjoy them too!
The second thing is that I am a massive fan of Marvel, also a Loki stan! I seldom talk about this on my socials and would love to share this with you all here! I love collecting figures with only of Thor and Loki. Not only loving the character Loki, but also the actor Tom Hiddleston! I even went to watch Tom Hiddlestonʼs stage play in London last year! I made a small painting and gave him as a gift! That was my first time visiting London, and it was the craziest thing I have ever done in my life!
The third thing I would like to share is my very first Sims game is The Sims 3 when I was around 12. I had a bad experience with it and had never played it again after a tragedy happened in the game, which was the kitchen I was playing suddenly on fire and killed my entire sims family! At that time, I had no idea how to put out the fire. I was watching every single of my sims dying in the kitchen! Grim Reaper showed up, and the music became so horrifying! So I just shut down my computer all at once to stop the game and went to bed to hide. I was so afraid of Grim, and he was my shadow of childhood, but now it sounds funny to me!
What is one of your creations that you are most proud of and why? The one that I am most proud of is the Tropical Ferris Wheel which I uploaded in October, 2020. It is a beach bar in Sulani and is the craziest build I have ever done so far! Sulnani is my favorite world and I love building there. My very first upload is a beach house in Sulani. I wanted to build something very different and out of my comfort zone at that time, and the idea of building a Ferris Wheel just popped up in my mind. It's a hard one but I enjoy the building process! This build was created in my imagination, everything was built step by step throughout the process. Besides, the build tour video of this build is so satisfying to me. If youʼve noticed, I love adding storytelling in my build tour videos, and everything in this build tour is full of romance and fun features! This build is somehow a dream place to me where I wanted to visit someday!
Where do you draw inspiration from?
Creators in this co mmunity always in spire me to build, their bea utiful bu ilds make me want to b uild all the time!
I love watching speedbuild videos, because their creations always inspire me to build something I have never tried before, sometimes I could learn something new from their building process, and it inspires me to try something different the next time I build. When I am stuck and have no idea what to do, Pinterest is another inspiration source for me and it helps!
Is there one particular style you favor over another..what is it and why?
To be honest, it is hard for me to choose one particular style because I think every style has its' uniqueness. Such as, I love the vibe of industrial style also the vibes of beach houses! Sometimes I want to create something beyond one's imagination, something magical or fictional. I also enjoy creating something contemporary which are more realistic. Building different styles from time to time is what I enjoy the most in The Sims 4..
