W
hy The Ideas Factory? The answer is simple; we are in the ideas business and our biggest added value is the passion and the creativity that we put in those ideas. Everyday instead of only offering "services" to our clients, we neatly design and manufacture creative mechanisms for them. Mechanisims which allow them to reach their goals and beyond. Mechanisms which create a bond with them and their customers that is far more powerful than what just a well designed advertising can do.
So in my opinion, our job is not "services" , but it is manufacturing creative mechanisms. The agencies, studios and collectivities who are in this line of work are what I like to call "Ideas Factories". Welcome to mine.

2009 • Publicis Yorum Istanbul • Art Director (Intern) Got a feeling of the ever evolving and the very exciting Turkish advertising sector. This was a real advertising factory; 150 people all working under the same code: "Viva La Difference"! 2011 • C-LYNK Geneva • Art Director (Intern) A local agency with global ambitions is what C-LYNK is all about. We worked with local clients as well as clients from Asia-Pacific on a daily basis, offering them our Swiss design skills and expertise on launching their international brands locally. 2012 • Adelicious Geneva • Art Director (Intern) Digital was very important here. We offered our digital strategies and minimalist design approach mainly to some of the most distinguished luxury brands in the world. 2012 ¬ 2013 • Young & Rubicam Geneva • Art Director (Intern) A great blend of creativity with business. Here we helped local and international brands find creative solutions to enhance their businesses through multiple disciplines. 60 people from 14 nationalities, we stood to "Resist The Usual"! 2013 • DigitasLBi Paris • Digital Strategy & Creative Solutions Workshop A marathon like week in partnership with Digitas. I was part of a team of 7 people, made up from account managers&creatives from Digitas, Ogilvy, Kookai, Arte Channel etc. , we had to conceptualize and build a marketing strategy for a digitally “connected object”.

Over the last few years, I've had the great chance to work with great teams on a variety of clients from different fields of business such as NGOs, automobile manufacturers, food & beverage, electronics, luxury products, energy companies, software & technology, pharmaceutical & medical, financial institutions and tabacco.

I had the great chance to accompany the team of Y&R Geneva during the team's most successful integrated campaign to date. The campaign's goal was to raise awareness around the world's ever-growing refugee problem through real questions/choices(Dilemmas) refugees face everyday.
PSAs with UNHCR Goodwill Ambassadors including Angelina Jolie were shown in more than 40 countries. More than $500K of free media coverage was achieved, +1 million social media followers were secured, media & press coverage in over 80 countries. The campaign's impact is still helping UNCHR to collect funds that help fight the cause.

This project made me the happiest student. I decided to rebrand and reconceptualize my university who had an exceptional input in me. During my final year, my dream of giving something back to them became reality. The students and the direction very much appreciated the project and decided to launch it as of 2013.

Luxury products usually require a more minimalist approach to their design. Since I appreciate very much minimalist and subtle designs, for the sardine and honey packaging briefs I received in class, I chose the high range foods brand Globus Delicatessa.

We had the chance to create the 2013 spring-summer ad campaigns for Danone Activia in Switzerland. While Danone didn't want us to be "too" creative, this was one of my propositions during the brainstorm phase. A romantic affair between your tummy and Activia.
