Kaleido Chair Product Description 2014/12 Designed by Jen Hsien Chiu Furniture design always grasps my attention. I have yet decided to design a furniture that contains its own unique identity. I want to present both clean and sleek characteristics in my design. When you put this furniture in your living room, it can be one thing that you can talk about to your guests. When I saw “the invisible cloak experiment” made by Matthew Man on YouTube. I started to think if I could combine the concept of invisibility in my design. I have decided simple geometric shapes may be the best option in this project. One of the major reasons I want this design to thus simple is about the cost. I want this design to be affordable to general public. You need to stand a distant for getting the effect that van see through it, but when you stand closely you can see the amazing interaction between floor and mirror. The effect like Kaleidoscope. That’s why I name this chair 63 Kaleido Chair.
