Panvel International Circuit
PANVEL 01
INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT
The Formula one project aims to revolutionize the F1 circuit experience by integrating exemplary design principles with sustainability and functionality. Inspired by the dynamic nature of Formula 1 racing, the project envisions an iconic circuit that not only enhances the thrill of the sport but also creates a lasting legacy in the architectural world.
Location : Panvel, Maharashtra, India
Zoning Concept Outlook
• The Layout of the circuit depends upon some very crucial points. Some of them are following:-
•Geography of the land •Required Length •No. of Turns •Maximum speed
• Track's ultimate design will largely be determined by the geography and nature of the land its being built upon.
• After the track is laid out a loop will form upon which all the structure will be placed like a lego.
• The width of the track will vary depending on the turns and corners followed by the intended racing line.
• The Circuit for this particular project is an amalgamation of Turns carefully selected from various existing circuits.
The Track acting as a loop will provide public space and private space. Spectators aren’t allowed inside the loop unless they are invited.
The Start/Finish straight generally falls on the longest straight. The demarcated brown area will house the Paddock club and the Team building two of the main Building structures in a Formula One racing circuit.
This area will act as a backstage on a racing events. It will also include Medical center, Kitchen, F.I.A Officials Parking, Media center etc.
Rest of the remaining area inside the track will be utilized during non-racing period as a concert venue or Convention Centre such as that it will not hinder the racing track.
Outside the track will accommodate the spectators having a seating occupancy of over one tenth of a million through grandstand.
The Pit Building
The Pit Building serves as the operational center of the track, featuring a versatile facility that includes garages for track users and a multifunctional area on the first floor, which houses a restaurant, a hospitality section, and a Members Club Lounge.
Spanning approximately 410 meters along the racing circuit and encompassing 18,000 square meters, this impressive structure is the second largest building on-site, following The Main Grandstand.
The Ground Floor is dedicated to garages and offices for officials overseeing this major racing event. Each garage measures 150 square meters and is equipped with a combined shower and restroom unit.
Adjacent to the building is the Pit-Lane, which is separated from the track by a wall known as the Pit Wall.

Main Grandstand
The Main Grandstand stands as the largest structure in terms of carpet area, capable of accommodating over 20,000 spectators beneath a single roof. In addition to the seating arrangements, it features essential amenities such as food courts, restrooms, and retail shops.
Located in a green zone at the start of the circuit's main straight, it is positioned directly across from the pit building, separated by the track.
This facility consists of five levels, with a covered stilt parking area below designated exclusively for racetrack officials and fire trucks. The seating is organized into two tiers, with Tier 1 and Tier 2, along with a VIP hotbox situated from the bottom to the top, while the second and fourth floors serve as buffer zones.
Ensuring efficient circulation is a top priority to manage the large crowds effectively.

03 STAFF Housing
Site Location
MUJ203E / 2015
The site being akin to Manipal University in jaipur, the campus was constructed with a warm and brght colour palette with respect to the region of jaipur that needs to be taken into consideration while designing for the staff housing. With that in mind the design would heavily relies on the fact that the form & spaces of the building will create an identity of the community and its habitants.

Design
Conceptualization
This project stands out as a distinctive housing initiative, taking into account the specific requirements and constraints it entails. The design must integrate seamlessly with the overall campus environment rather than appearing as a standalone structure.
The planning process necessitates a hierarchy that must be followed, while also maintaining a cohesive color palette that is both warm and vibrant.
This project addresses the essential accommodation needs for the faculty of the esteemed Manipal University, located approximately 30 kilometers from Jaipur.
Site plan showing the general layout and circulation area for vehicular activity as well as the recreational grounds.
To attain an overall implicit visual and merge with the exiting architectural context of the University in terms of the color scheme and design.
An integration between different typologies of housing and create an inclusive community for all.
Even though this building is located in the outskirts of the City, the occupant has to live comfortably inside the building. so, garden and green are designed outdoor and indoor

Residence
Naraich, Agra, U.P. 282006
"The House of Facades" is designed over a 250m2 area, the site is situated in a residential area far from the heart of agra near the outskirts. The Structure can be accessed from the front (10 mtr ) and rear (6 mtr ) roads.
The design was developed to cater to the requirement as well as to provide green and open spaces considering the site is blocked from both sides. "The House of Facades" combines modern design with functionality, offering a harmonious blend of luxury living and practical amenities.
Planning & Zoning
The client's design requirement was to create three distinct living units for three brothers, each comprising three bedrooms, hall, and kitchen (3 BHK) with nearly identical square footage to minimize potential disputes among them.
The site is accessible from two roads, one at the front measuring 10 meters and another at the back measuring 6 meters, while it is partially open to the west and completely enclosed on the east side.
The layout of the house ensures accessibility from both the front and back, accommodating at least three car parking spaces along with small green areas. Additionally, the design includes an expansive common living area for family gatherings and a central open garden that connects all three living units.
The structure is characterized by elegantly designed facades on the front, back, and two sides in the middle ends, earning it the title "House of Facades."
