Food raised locally without the use of chemicals and which is not harmful to both, the one producing it or the one consuming it, is called organic. About 95% of the inputs given to food while growing are natural. Organic fruits and vegetables have up to 50% more vitamins and minerals. These can be a cure to diseases as dangerous as cancer. They also help combat heart diseases. The consumption of organic food can give stronger immune system, less weight problems, and a better sleep. Hungreen is a emerging initiator taking the command of suppying organic food in Delhi through its restaurant called the Grasshopper. The Grasshopper is a kitchen on wheels that moves across the town among various destinations providing the interesting dining experience of a sustainable meal. Also organic grocery is available for sale at the restaurant. Hungreen works together with the local organic food producers directly to reduce the time in delivery of the crop after the harvest. Hungreen also helps the farmers by giving them an appropriate value for the produce.
Organic food is seasonal food and is naturally grown only when the time is favorable, unlike industrial fruit which is available throughout the year, but sacrificing the nutrition. Moreover, most of the chemicals used in idustrial agriculture are considered cancer causing and may have severe effects on health. Also, organic food is grown and eaten locally, preventing the food from being tarvelled , thus retaining its nutritional contents which exhaust with time.
Organic farming keeps the harmful chemicals out of the food and beverages. Natural manures and crop residues are often used as the substitute for these chemicals. This further reduces the amount of these chemicals being drained into the nearby water bodies as surface run offs preventing water pollution. Organic agriculture also respects the balance between animal welfare and crop production. Animals are provided with better living conditions and better food on an organic farm. Animal welfare is an important aspect of producing organic milk, organic meat, organic poultry, and organic fish.

Wash the strawberries throughly. Drain the cleaned strawberries well. Excess water on the strawberries will affect them in the freezer. Gently fill a freezer bag with the clean, drained strawberries. Suck the air out of the bag while slowly sealing it. Freeze the bags.
