Simple Solution for Complex Case using Unitite Compact CASE: Installation of compact implant in region of convergent roots. SOLUTION: Unitite Compact - 4mm diameter

CLINICAL CASE

BEFORE Implant installation in the region of 34, it is noted that the roots of 33 and 35 were convergent to apical, and the remaining space between the roots, around 3 mm in the middle region to apical root, did not allow the installation of a conventional implant.

CLINICAL CASE

BEFORE While in the cervical region the patient had width compatible with the installation of a 4 mm diameter implant.

CLINICAL CASE

DURING An implant S.I.N. Unitite Compact 4 mm wide and 5 mm long with HAnano surface was indicated. This surface ensures greater bone/implant contact, compensating for the short implant length.

CLINICAL CASE

AFTER The implant did not touch the roots of the teeth, the reopening of the implant was carried out 45 days after installation, and the patient was immediately restored with provisional on implant.
