Brew Pineapple Potion tea in 1 cup of water. Continue steeping while it chills. 2. Brew Limoncello tea in 1 cup of water and chill. Do not over steep or it will be bitter. 3. Once teas are chilled, add ice to two glasses. Pour Limoncello tea over ice, filling glasses half way. 4. Add about ¼ cup of Pineapple Potion tea and sweetener (if using) to each glass. 5. Add a splash of sparkling water and garnish with lemon wedges.

• Bluest Blueberry, Black Tea • 1 ½ cups blueberries, washed • 3 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice • 2 cups boiled water • 4 cups cold water • lemon slices for garnish • 1 cup of ice 1. Add 1 Pot of Steeped Tea of Bluest Blueberry, Black Tea to ParTea Pitcher. Pour in 2 cups boiled water and steep for 5 minutes.

1. Add Cherry Sangria tea to Sweet Tea Pitcher. Pour in hot water and steep for 5 minutes. 2. Add cold water and continue to steep for 10 minutes allowing the mixture to cool slightly. 3. Add frozen berries, orange slices and 1 cup of ice. Stir, cover with lid and refrigerate overnight, allowing the flavours to develop. 4. When ready to serve, add remaining ice to pitcher and stir. Enjoy.

FRESH SUMMER SALAD WITH MAPLE MUSTARD DRESSING From pg 38

• 1 Package Tonia's Perfect Scone Mix • 1½ cups fresh raspberries (or berry of your choice) • 4 tbsp cold butter • 2 eggs • ½ cup whipping cream or 2% milk • 2 tsp sugar (for topping) • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (for rolling dough) 1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C). 2. In a large bowl, cut the butter into the scone mix until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Create well in centre of blended mixture. 3. Separate one egg and reserve the egg white. 4. In a small bowl, combine the egg yolk with the remaining egg and the whipping cream using a fork.

• 3 cups water • 4 spoonfuls of Pineapple Potion tea • 4 tbs honey • 1 oz grenadine • peach, cut to 1 inch chunks • limes • Sweet Tea Pitcher 1. Brew tea in 3 cups water for 10 minutes in Sweet Tea Pitcher. Stir in honey and grenadine until dissolved and chill until very cold. 2. For each drink, muddle 2 peach chunks and half a lime wedge in glass. 3. Add ice to glasses, and top with chilled tea mix. Stir well. Garnish with lime and peach slice. Yum!
