Directions: 1. Bring water, chai base and sweetener to a boil in saucepan. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes or until fragrant. 3. Add Irish Breakfast and brew for 2 minutes. 4. Add milk and bring back to boil on high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Carefully strain into your favorite tea pot. Enjoy! Tip: S ubstitute Irish Breakfast for tea of your choice. For a caffeine-free chai, use Rooibos tea.

Directions: 1. Add Masala Chai Base and Irish Breakfast to tea press. 2. Add boiling water to tea press and steep for 10 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, boil milk or use steamed milk. 5. Add milk to spice-tea mixture and steep for 5 minutes. 6. Press the plunger and pour into cups. 7. Add sweetener, mix well and enjoy! Tip: Add frothed milk for lattes using the Party Milk Frother (9279).

WHITE TEA LIMONCELLO SMASH Ingredients:

½ cup Limoncello, white tea, brewed, cooled to room temperature 2 sprigs fresh thyme ¼ wedge of lemon, cut in half 1 tsp honey 1 ½ fl oz (44 ml) citrus vodka Ice cubes and soda water

• Most delicate variety. • Hand-plucked when the young buds are still covered in fine white hairs.

Directions: 1. Place 1 sprig of thyme, half of the lemon quarter, and the honey in a tall glass and muddle (or smash) together with the handle of a wooden spoon or a cocktail stirrer. 2. Stir in the cooled tea and vodka. Fill the glass with ice cubes and soda water. Stir and garnish half of the lemon quarter and a thyme sprig.

Ingredients: 1 cup molasses or honey ½ cup butter (melted) ¼ cup sugar 3 /4 cup hot water 1 egg 2 1/3 cups All purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 3 /4 tsp salt 3 tbsp Jolly Gingerbread Sweet Dip Mix

Makes: 5-6 dozen

Directions: 1. Heat oven to 325°F. Grease square pan, 8” x 8” x 2”. 2. Beat the molasses, butter, sugar, hot water and egg until mixed. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour in pan. 3. Bake for 55- 60 minutes. 4. Serve warm with caramel or butterscotch sauce. Note: Adjust Jolly Gingerbread Sweet Dip Mix for more spice.
