Placement Project: Year 3, Spring 2014 Duration: 6 Weeks

Brief: This project was asked to design 2 types of landscape in Heathrow Airport, London. One is the recreation, the other is ecology. The two diagram I drew were using Illustrator CS6, which to show the contrast between the two landscapings.

Placement Project: Year 3, Spring 2014 Duration: 6 Weeks Brief: This project was asked to redesign the Vision for Gaydon. I design the landscape concept diagram base on the idea of gradually changing landscape density from informal to formal with curvy circulation.

Brief: This project is called AELTC Wimbledon, which is a huge posh tennis court with three main parts of spaces. North part is the VIP tennis court, centre part is the most crucial part - No.1 Champianship court, then the south part is for the teaching and practise spaces.


Placement Project: Year 3, Spring 2014 Duration: 6 Weeks

Brief: This project is called Paradise Circus based in Bermingham, which is a green space in the city centre. It was designed as a secret garden with multiple function.

Brief: To design a Centre of British Culture in Budapest, Hungary. The building will foster knowledge about Britain by providing information on its culture, society and politics. This includes the exchange of art, films, musics and talks.

Site I chose: DĂ­sz tĂŠr 1, 1 district, Buda, Hungary My Design: The site I chose located in an exposed square which is next to Buda Castle. It provides fantastic view to Pest, thus my concept, SPIRAL GARDEN, was to create an additonal garden in a spiral shape that each platform could be a garden.

Brief: To design an Iyengar Yoga Centre and Retreat Accommodation at Bicton EaRTH, East Devon. A small outdoor swimming pool is required as a part of a recreational facilitity for the Centre.

My Design: The Yoga Centre I designed was simple but not easy. A hunble and elegant combination with two horizontal box connected by the swimming pool. The construction material is steel frame with wooden slats cladding. Different density slats could crete different feeling with the surrounding.

Brief: To design an architecture faculty for University of Bath. The new building should be able to accommodate for at least 300 students. The building should be part of a larger group of buildings that form 'the campus'.

Each year studio shifted about 1.2 metres that could creat the communication among different year.

Brief: This project was asked to add additional car park and greenery space between the tow residential blocks. I combined them with car park located under the stepping garden. This design brings a bridge to this two blocks.
