COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS OF PHASE 1 Aroma, sector 22, stands as landmark for sector 22, as it was one of the few buildings which did not follow the facade restrictions. Commercial buildings of Chandigarh followed strictly facade restriction.exposed brick in concrete made most of the buildings which gave the brutalist character to the city. Brick jails, bride Soleil and shading devices, adding the regional criticism to the city.
