LARRY LASLO | CHAMELEON In their fifth collaboration, Robert Allen and design luminary Larry Laslo launch Chameleon, a first of its kind showroom-only collection that draws from the worlds of art, fashion, history and nature. The line deftly weaves intriguing materials, such as metallics, embroidery and digital prints, with exotic motifs that range from Technicolor scarabs on a black backdrop to iridescent abstracts resembling water. Laslo’s penchant for clean, saturated colors found in nature is evident throughout this collection, which is as refreshingly bold as it is livable. And while designers can tap into the icon’s innate sense of sophisticated style, the collection is unencumbered by stifling coordination, which allows plenty of jumping off points for creativity and a look that is completely authentic.
