Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Historical Park and Acropolis which is the former capital of Thailand with a great reputation. Has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which was originally designed as a water city. Because the area is located in the Chao Phraya River basin area. In addition, it is a province with water sources scattered everywhere, making it a water city that has a way of life with water from the past to the present. At present, Ayutthaya’s water management problems are likely to become more severe, ie the city is at risk of drowning.

A1 It is the area with the most ancient sites in the 8 designed areas. and close to the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Historical Park and the satellite city which is the area most prone to flooding (the egg yolk area), so the concept of designing A1 is to adjust the wasteland around the ancient site to be a catchment area and the town’s plaza. Support for tourism around the island of Ayutthaya.
Water Storage > 224,686 m3 +15%
Water Management + Ecology Relationship

The lines used in the design are free forms derived from the twisting of the contour lines of the space and the flow of water. It is a combination of the axis of the ancient site. and freedom of nature to add interest not obstructing the waterway
