Houston Proud resonated more strongly this past year than any other in recent memory. From hosting the Super Bowl, to Hurricane Harvey, to the Astros winning the World Series, Houston never had a dull moment. We watched as neighborhoods evolved and provided guidance and service to those that bought and sold. Houston is a fascinating city where just last year, according to har.com, MTSIR sold lots as low as $7,000 and estates for close to $10,000,000, and of course everything in between. As we put another record setting year in the books, we embrace the stabilizing oil prices and strength in the equity markets. Increased trade, global mobility, and other issues central to the Houston economy are showing signs of strength. Our core focus on exceptional service is a key driver in this lively marketplace.
