The Hamptons Brokerage Managers In the second quarter of 2018, the average sales price of real Estate in the Hamptons increased 6% year over year according to data compiled in the Long Island Real Estate Report, while the median sales price increased by 11%. In the overall Hamptons market, total units sold decreased 21% from 494 units sold in second quarter of 2017 to 391 sales in the second quarter of 2018. As a result, total dollar volume also decreased by 16%, falling to $932 million from $1.108 billion.
