The FLEX MLS reports the following market data for this quarter, which is compared here for the same period of 2019. Heading into the second quarter of 2020, here were a few positive things in the Greater Ventura County housing market: • • •

The overall average selling price increased 15.4%, from $840K in Q1 2019 to $970K in Q1 2020 Number of units sold increased 9.9%, from 957 units sold in Q1 2019 to 1,052 units sold in Q1 2020 The average selling price increased by 26% in Westlake Village, from $1.4M to $1.8M in Q1 2020
