We invite you to review a summary of sales activity in the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas during the second quarter of 2020, based on closed production from April - June 2020. The FLEX MLS reports the following market data for this quarter, which is compared here for the same period of 2019. Closed sales from the second quarter do not tell a complete story regarding the housing recovery in our communities. Heading into the third quarter, we wanted to bring your attention to additional positive indicators: • • •

Compared to last year average selling price increased 4.7%, from $877K to $918K. Channel Islands had a 75% increase in units sold, from 32 to 56 units, compared to last year. Average days on market decreased 13.9%, from 58 days to 49 days year over year.
