The FLEX MLS reports the following market data for this quarter, which is compared here for the same period of 2019. Closed sales from the second quarter do not tell a complete story regarding the housing recovery in our communities. Heading into the third quarter, we wanted to bring your attention to additional positive indicators: • • •
Compared to last year average selling price increased 4.7%, from $877K to $918K. Channel Islands had a 75% increase in units sold, from 32 to 56 units, compared to last year. Average days on market decreased 13.9%, from 58 days to 49 days year over year.
