It’s hard to believe that yet another beautiful spring is upon us. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was just held which accounted for a successful year raising millions of dollars for Texas youth. The Azalea Trail was an opportunity for Houstonians to relish in the beauty of our city’s outstanding architecture and the splendid grounds of some of Houston’s most spectacular homes. We are also gearing up to cheer on the World Series-winning Astros as they make a run at the title again. Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty is entering the spring market with strong inventory in all parts of the City, ready for the perfect buyer. The energy sector is strong and our local economy is still in job creation mode. New laws aimed at addressing the floodplain and future flooding are being hammered out it will be interesting to see how this effects real estate prices.
