I take great pleasure in presenting the Greater Pasadena Market Update for the third quarter of 2018. After a strong 2017, the Greater Pasadena real estate market remains stable in the first, second and third quarters. According to the FLEX MLS, when comparing the third quarter of 2018 to the same time last year, average days on market for Greater Pasadena declined to 40 days compared to 41 days the year prior. Neighborhoods such as La Canada Flintridge, San Marino, and Glendale showed a median sales price increase of 7%, 5%, and 6%, respectively. Overall, the average sales price in Greater Pasadena rose from $1.28M to $1.33M a 4% increase from the third quarter of 2017.
