The Thomas Fire swept through the hills burning structures and decimating the flora. Unprecedented rainfall following the Thomas Fire triggered mud and debris flows, causing immense devastation and destruction to our beautiful community. The Sotheby’s International Realty - Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Santa Ynez Valley offices stepped in to action with agents who volunteered at donation centers, gathered supplies and distributed to those in need. We stand Montecito Strong with our community and hope all those effected will find solidarity as we rebuild and begin a new chapter.
