I am not area specific; however, mostly West Hollywood, the Hills, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. Why is it a good time to buy and sell? Nothing is better than home ownership and you will always need a place to call home. Furthermore, interest rates are still historically low and Los Angeles still has yet to fulfill its housing needs. Do you work with Sellers or Buyers? Both equally because I love the excitement of both processes.
