According to the FLEX MLS, the results for single-family home sales in Ventura County and surrounding areas for the third quarter of 2018 reflect an increase of 6.5% in the average sales price from $940k in 2017 to $1.0M in 2018. The total number of units sold decreased from Q3 2017 which saw 1,137 units sold to Q3 2018 which saw 1,022 units sold, a decrease of 10%. Days on market increased to 59 days an 8.7% increase from this time last year.
