Space Reservations Agreement Please use this form to reserve space in Volume__ of SIR Magazine. SIR Magazine is a product of MVP Marketing and Publicity Agency. This agreement between MVP Marketing and Publicity Agency (Publisher) and ________________ (Advertiser) is effective at the date of signing this agreement.

Terms and Conditions This agreement between the above named Publisher and Advertiser shall include the following terms and conditions: Advertiser does agree to purchase promotional space within issue ___of SIR Magazine according to the rate enumerated above. Payment is nonrefundable.

Any and all photographs submitted must be of excellent quality and sharpness. Publisher reserves the right to decline use of photographs for any reason.

Advertiser may submit camera-ready artwork, including copy, logos and photographs in formats including JPG, TIFF, and EPS only. Resolution must be 300 dpi; All Advertiser-related material sent to Publisher must include complete payment, and completed Space Reservation Agreement form; It is the Advertiser’s sole responsibility to present materials and payment at Publisher’s address on or before deadlines; Publisher bears no legal or financial liability or responsibility for a payment or artwork deadline missed by Advertiser; If for any reason, MVP Marketing and Publicity Agency postpones, delays, or substantially changes the printing specifications for any issue, Advertiser will be promptly notified.

Advertiser warrants by submission of all materials that he/she/they/it is/ are the legal owner(s) of copyright in all photographs, artwork and textual materials submitted for publication. Advertiser absolutely indemnifies and will save harmless from any litigation of the SIR Magazine, all subsidiaries of MVP Marketing and Publicity Agency and all parties connected with sales and production of the publication, should copyright infringement be charged against the magazine for publishing materials submitted by Advertiser subsequently published with a good faith belief in the Advertiser’s ownership of same. As Advertiser’s authorized agent, my signature below warrants that the Advertiser accepts and agrees to honor all terms and conditions of this contract, which I have read and which I completely understand.
