DCON 2019 what is dcon? DCON stands for District Convention. It is held every year to bring together members of Key Club from the different regions that bind a district together.
beneďŹ ts of going to dcon? - learn multiple lessons through workshops - meet new people and friends - a really good experience overall - Eye opening, introduces you to the district board

It's your former VP of comms., that famed rooster head, and 24/7 sleep deprived. Kevin Do! To sum it up, Dcon was a good experience, and I feel like it was worth it for me personally. It's hard to pinpoint what I love the most about it, the new friends you'll make, the time in the hotel you get to mess around, to the emotional times of transitions. To pinpoint one moment where I felt the most touched was the transition of board. It really make me look back at this year as an officer. Even though i will not be an officer, I will still continue to be a member! I'm off to BEEger things.
passing on the torch
It’s your ip president here, for one of the very last times : -D I just wanted to pop in and say that I know the club will be in very good hands next year! All the officers are amazing people, and you guys are the best members. Keep serving your community! < 3
I’m super proud of how far you’ve come! From being a member, to being apart of the dlt, to finally being president, I know that the club will grow so much next year. You’ve got that cute, bubbly character that everyone loves! You also have a great board to support you along your final journey, so don’t forget to rely on them when times are tough. GOOD LUCK < 3

This is my second year for volunteering for the Madrid Fair. The event was very fun! The volunteers dressed up all as fruits and vegetables to teach kids how to grow up with a happy and healthy lifestyle. I had the opportunity to dress up as a corn as well the amazing opportunity to help kids learn healthy lifestyles not only only for them but for me to learn more about how to lead healthy life for myself!

leadership team?
what is one word you would use to describe your experience in dlt? If I had to describe my DLT experience with one word, I would say friendly. Everyone on the DLT was so kind and was happy and was very much willing to help anyone in need. Overall, DLT was a great experience to help me become the person I am today. I would deďŹ nitely recommend other members to go for DLT positions.
