"I’m the master in the house.” As president it is my job to run the club. I am the chain that connects the division, the board, Kiwanis, and members together. I relay information given to me toward the members I serve. Every month I attend DCM and Kiwanis meeting. My responsibilities are numerous but worth it. VICE PRESIDENT AT LARGE JAYLEEN TO

"I got your back. XP” As VP at large it is my responsibility to assist the president. My job is to design monthly calendars, create and update the official key club list for the term, and any other jobs given to me by the president. If the president is unavailable, it is my duty to step up as second in command. VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATION JULLIAN CHAN

"Have you ever wonder who Sir Seal is?” As VP of communication it is my responsibility to send out emails to the members. It is my job to create and finalize the volunteer list and to assign a coordinator to each event. My positions requires you to check your email 24/7.


VICE PRESIDENT OF RECORDS JACKY YE "Ain't nobody got time for that!" As the VP of Records, I keep track of everyone's volunteer hours. If you need anything regarding service hours, I'm the guy to talk to. This ranges from the monthly events to organizing hours for graduation stoles. SECRETARY DAVID LOR

“We the Secretaries are the backbone of Key Club” As secretary it is my job to keep a written record of everything that goes on within the club. I gather all the information from my fellow officers to fill out a monthly report form (MRF) and send it to the division and district board. TREASURER ALAN TRAN “I got 99 problems but counting ain’t one.” As Treasurer my main duty is to handle the finances of the club such as counting all the money raised from hosted fundraisers, and also filling out activity forms to get fundraisers approved.


HISTORIANS | EDITORS MICHELLE YEE “Who’s ready for a selfie?” As a historian I go to events and take pictures of your beautiful faces while volunteering. After every event I write articles and post them on the key club website. It is my job to get key club noticed so there can be new seals MICHELLE NG in our family. <3 "I make memories as your private photographer.” As historian it is my job is to take pictures of members while they volunteer. I am also in charge of creating a scrapbook filled with all the pictures taken throughout the term. AND sending in monthly articles and visuals to the division to show what our key club has been doing for the last month. MEMBER RECOGNITION CHAIR ASHLEY LAM "I'm Ash and I choose you!" As MRC, I recognize key clubbers who stand out by showing leadership, service, spirit, or dedication to the club. I think it's important to encourage members and let them know that their hard work is appreciated.


The available positions are:  3 Executive Assistants  2 Spirit Task Coordinators  2 Inter-Club Coordinators  1 Service Expo Coordinator  1 Division Secretary  1 Division News Editor  2 Event Task Coordinators Being part of the Division Leadership Team will require you to do all of these tasks: -Expected to attend ALL DCMs, division/region events, Officer Training Conference and Region Training Conference -Be able to effectively lead and assist the division in absence of the Lieutenant Governor -Be able to assist the Presidents and officers of each club whenever possible -Promote Key Club to your school and community, and recruit new members to your club -Check E-Mails on a daily basis -Conduct ALL Key Club business with Key Club integrity and keeping a professional image -Uphold the four core values of Key Club -Complete 50 hours of service by the end of the term -Discuss these requirements with your parents so they can understand your duties and requirements All applications must be completed and submitted by Saturday, February 7th at 6PM. Late applications will not be accepted. By submitting the application you will be agreeing to fulfill your duties as a division leader to your fullest. You will also need to complete an interview which will take place on Friday, February 13th at Cha Cafe (10308 Lower Azusa Rd El Monte, CA 91731). Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant does anything asked by the Lt. Governor, such as planning events, meetings, contacting clubs and business, and helping develop Kiwanis relations.

Spirit Task Coordinator As Head Spirit Task Coordinator, you would be assigned a committee of Spirit Task Coordinators to help aid you in creating and teaching cheers to the Division to be used at Region Picnic and Fall Rally. You will also be in charge of creating new merchandise to represent our division!

Division Secretary As Division Secretary, you would be in charge of completing the Division MRF every month as well as training, aiding, and reminding the club secretaries to complete their own MRFs.

Service Expo Coordinator As the service expo coordinator you will be in charge of membership retention. You will be assisting the presidents with their club rush. You will also be helping me recognize members for their outstanding service.

Inter-club Coordinator As the inter-club coordinator you will be assisting me in President Council Meetings (PCMs) You will be working with the clubs within our division to increase bonds by helping them organize interclub events. In addition to that you will assist me in keeping the presidents updated.

Division News Editor As Division News Editor, you are in charge of making the monthly Division News Letter as well as collecting the Articles and Visuals from each club in our Division. After these Articles and Visuals are collected, you must send them in to the District by the 15th of every month.

Event Task Coordinator As the event task coordinator you will be in charge of a small committee that will assist you in organizing our monthly socials, fundraisers and volunteering events.
