In some cases, it might even be considered taboo to talk about menstrual cramps, breast changes, or other health irregularities connected to women. This needs to change immediately. Wellness is subjective to each individual’s life with the vital target being to focus on those aspects concerning their well-being. With regard to mood, mental issues, or disorders, women are more prone to depression and anxiety compared to men. This may affect relationships, self-esteem, work performance, and physical health. Between social distancing, the stress of a pandemic, and various financial or career adjustments, this past year may have taken a toll on your mental health.

Here are some signs of poor women’s health: constant sadness, misuse of drugs or alcohol, changes in eating habits, excessive hair loss, a decline in energy, mood swings, and excessive fear.
