REASONS WHY WE NEED #sex4jobs TO DISCUSS THIS #sex4grades Sexual harassment is not a myth. It's not overrated. It's a reality of many women (and men) and there needs to be a relook at institutional structures to address them. Victims should be able to report and seek justice without repercussions

We started an online awareness campaign with the #sex4jobs and #sex4grades titles to get women on our platform talking about sexual harassment in their work and educational institutions

ine was In form of sexual harassment after I got a job. I was employed as a graphic designer/telemaketer in an it firm. There was this guy(HR in a security firm in the same building) who use to come to the office once in while To talk to the manager.
The coordinator groped my butt as the picture was being taken. (I wish you could see my facial expression in that picture). Well, I haven't been back at the department since the incident because I don't want to see him ever again. I don't know how long that will last though.
I was in the office one day when he came in with pictures for me to edit them into a passport size for him. It was quite unfortunate my bosses had left by the time he came back for his USB drive. I raised my head and there he was with his pants down and his ***** staring at me. I run to the door and couldn't find the key. He grabbed me and started fondling me,whilst I was struggling with him to let go of me. I was tired struggling but gathered strength and gave him a hot slap.
#SEX 4 GRADES True to word that lecturer let's call him Dr. A found a way to get my number and started texting me. He told me He likes me and wants to date me. He'll take me with him to Nigeria and crap like that. He asked if I had a bf. Long story short he threatened to fail me if I refused to be his gf. I was in 6th year and wasn't ready to resit a paper
That night I took a decision to run away from this old man and never return. Because I didn't know how long I could keep saying no. Neither could I tell what his next plan or action would be so I took on another job in another organisation even though the offer was not too good. I have regretted taking that offer but never regretted leaving

We use dual strategies. Whilst we have a closed platform that encourages more openness, as well as anonymous forms for ladies who want to contribute to relevant discussions, we also seek to avoid an empowerment done in silo,; where men are excluded. We make available our discussions to people outside the closed groups in most instances
