ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• For admission to a master’s degree program, you must have a GPA of at least 2.7 (on a 4.0) scale) for the last two years of your bachelor’s degree program, and 3.0 on all previous graduate work. • For admission to a doctoral program, you must have a GPA of at least 3.00 on all previous graduate level course work. • International students and some citizens and permanent residents must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550/ 80. Some programs require a higher score. • Individual programs determine use of standardized graduate level exams, such as the GRE, GMAT and MAT. • Most programs require 3 letters of recommendation. Some programs may require more. • Contact your program directly to verify deadlines, specific requirements and additional information.

Many types of financial assistance are available for our graduate students. We award fellowships, assistantships and scholarships annually. Assistantship positions are available throughout the year.
