n Begin your SIUE admission application up to 12 months in advance of desired term of entry. n Final transfer application deadline is four weeks prior to the start of the semester. However, you are strongly encouraged to apply early to ensure a successful transition to SIUE. n Be aware of final transfer application deadlines for your chosen major (visit siue.edu/transfer, click on Degree & Programs for more information). n Admission to some SIUE academic programs is competitive and may require an additional application. Examples include nursing, business, elementary education, etc. n Visit the transfer student website for a detailed listing of prerequisites and application deadlines for SIUE’s competitive admission programs (siue.edu/transfer, click on Degrees & Programs). n If you will be starting at SIUE in the fall, apply by December 1 of the prior year to be considered for academic scholarships. Fall entry only. n Apply for financial aid and file your FAFSA (fafsa.gov) as soon as possible after January 1. n Once you are admitted, complete e-tracs, SIUE’s online orientation program at siue.edu/transfer.

$2,000 awarded to Phi Theta Kappa-quality transfers admitted in an undergraduate program for fall term entry. One-time award as funding is available.

Criteria

Transfers with a 3.0 GPA in at least 24 semester hours in transferable coursework will be considered.

Transfers with a 3.0 GPA in at least 24 semester hours in transferable coursework will be considered. This scholarship is designed to support enrollment of students who are underrepresented in their anticipated field of study. Students transferring from a regionally accredited institution must have earned a minimum 3.5 GPA in at least 24 hours of course work that is transferable to SIUE, including students with a recognized associates degree. Students must be members of Phi Theta Kappa academic honor society. All students who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.

$2,000 awarded to Phi Theta Kappa-quality transfers admitted in an undergraduate program for fall term entry. One-time award as funding is available.

Criteria

Transfers with a 3.0 GPA in at least 24 semester hours in transferable coursework will be considered.

Transfers with a 3.0 GPA in at least 24 semester hours in transferable coursework will be considered. This scholarship is designed to support enrollment of students who are underrepresented in their anticipated field of study. Students transferring from a regionally accredited institution must have earned a minimum 3.5 GPA in at least 24 hours of course work that is transferable to SIUE, including students with a recognized associates degree. Students must be members of Phi Theta Kappa academic honor society. All students who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.

n Begin your SIUE admission application up to 12 months in advance of desired term of entry. n Final transfer application deadline is four weeks prior to the start of the semester. However, you are strongly encouraged to apply early to ensure a successful transition to SIUE. n Be aware of final transfer application deadlines for your chosen major (visit siue.edu/transfer, click on Degree & Programs for more information). n Admission to some SIUE academic programs is competitive and may require an additional application. Examples include nursing, business, elementary education, etc. n Visit the transfer student website for a detailed listing of prerequisites and application deadlines for SIUE’s competitive admission programs (siue.edu/transfer, click on Degrees & Programs). n If you will be starting at SIUE in the fall, apply by December 1 of the prior year to be considered for academic scholarships. Fall entry only. n Apply for financial aid and file your FAFSA (fafsa.gov) as soon as possible after January 1. n Once you are admitted, complete e-tracs, SIUE’s online orientation program at siue.edu/transfer.
