Dear Fellow Animal Lovers,

As we move into what hopefully will be a be� er year, your friends at OCHS want you to know how grateful we are for the contribu� ons of food, bedding, toys, and cash that sustains our vital work for pets in our community.

So far in 2020 OCHS has… · Saved more than 1000 animals

· Distributed more than 3500 pounds of pet food

· Provided more than 400 spay/neuter surgeries

· Found new fur-ever homes for 600 dogs and cats

· Found foster partners for more than 200 ki� ens

OCHS is a no-kill community that promotes a life� me commitment to pets. We operate 365 days a year giving loving care to the lost, abandoned, and unwanted pets in need in Florence. We hope that you support the cri� cally important lifesaving, life-changing work of OCHS.

What gi� s help the most? · Dog and cat food four our residents and for our community pet food bank.

· New or gently-used bedding.

· Bo� les of bleach, 13-gallon trash bags, paper towels, and ki� y li� er.

· A cash contribu� on to our low-cost spay/neuter program.

· Support for our pre-adop� on program: about $70 for a cat or $100 for a dog provides a checkup, spay or neuter costs, vaccines, and microchipping. · Support for our Trap-Neuter-Release program to reduce the feral cat problem.

· Funding for the SARAH Fund to assist low-income households unable to provide emergency medical treatment to their beloved pets.

· Dedicate and purchase an engraved commemora� ve brick for the Shirley

Wilson Memorial Walk

· Gi� s of assets like cars, jewelry, and stocks—and when you include OCHS in your will—make a major impact on our work in the future.
