EXPECTED SITE COLLAGE

To active the connection with surroundings, there are three layers: underground - introduce landscape and skylight to swimming pool along the streets ground floor - open to the public as a rest space upper level - introduce entertainment like bars and restaurants The concept transforms the site to a 'stage' with people's daily life

Selected Projects 2014-2019

7

The goal of the project is to transform the historical Melbourne City Baths to an energetic public plaza like a 'stage' which encourages the communication between the site and surrounding people at the crossing. Picking architectural components in the site and recomposing is designing approach of this projects it shows a new thinking in location responding.

The site is an obvious gap in the urban fabric between historical and modern Milan city. To maintain the skyline and increase landscape in Milan city, the central liner park faces to both surrounding residential and people. This course includes site plan and single building design, structure, construction and drawing.

[SHARING VIRTUAL& REALITY] -How human body mediate the new form of space| 8/2016-11/2016, Melbourne,Australia | | Cooperative Academic Work(2 people) | | Studio: Master of Architecture Studio C | | Tutor:Ben Waters(ben.waters@studioosk.com.au) |

FORM GENERATION

The archive displays typical projects of Diller and Scofidio in different periods by sharing of real space(red) and digital performance(blue). Entrance located on the roof with multi stairs and elevators. The flexible traffic system provides visitors to create their own route and experience in the museum.

The project is the application of abstract theory of Diller and Scofidio based on research-Body as a media reflects social code by technology solutions. The archive design of human perforamance and experience aims to create a multiple possible sample that fit in contemporary architecture design.

PERSPECTIVE SECTION

All the interior archive on display when water level lower the bottom

When water flows into the archive, the lower two floors will be covered but recognised by the sound and humility through main tunnel

The blur boundary caused by flooding water shows the flexibility of exhibition area, which creates different experience for visiting people

Water flows out like a waterfall through holes at the bottom of the archive. At the same time, exhibition area will reopen to experience the humility

FORM GENERATION

In order to maximize view toward the two streets and to increase the stability of the skyscraper, the tower is tapered from bottom to the top. The conceptural crown is designed as an extension of the tower to fit the tower tapering, which allows the upwash to follow the surface and go through the exposed structure.

CONCEPT

FORM

For shared by the community at Murrumbeena Station, the project explores the relationship between children and adults and bridging the gap between ages for better communication among them. ADULT FUNCTION

To achieve this goal,I try to coalesce their physical boundary in space and design 'children' style space for adults and 'adult' style space for children.

A tri-arm perspex frame is employed as the sub-structure of each individual cluster, where each arm holds up 1 module. The perspex sub-frame is screwed on top to connected 3 individual modules. The tri-arm configuration prevents overlapping of the modules and stops them from colliding during movement.
