Environmentally friendly furniture and finishes utilized with the goal of keeping sustainability important in the process. This includes recycled materials and low VOC’s where possible. LED lighting also used to conserve energy in the building

Creates recognizable branding by utilizing brand inspiration and values throughout space. Accomplished by utilizing famous ballet inspired paintings by Edgar Degas, suitable materials and furniture, and a custom textile

Workstations positioned where information cannot be easily read by people walking through the major egress of the building

Lounging area right off of the stair and near the south window wall allows employees and guests to take a break when needed
