WACKY ROBOTS & WIDGETS (HALF/FULL DAY)
MID-DAY SPECIALTY CARE
Whether your child loves to build things or destroy them, this week of camp includes lots of both! The junior Mad Science engineers will design and build structures using simple tools and their imaginations. Then the machine madness starts...children discover how different machines, both simple and complex, are used in our daily lives! Kids design simple machines using pulleys, wedges, screws and levers and have fun leaning how catapults work! We use the skills we've learned to build a Mad Science robot that we can keep, all while learning the science of robots! Children are encouraged to wear sunblock and bring a snack and drink each day to camp. For full day camps, children should also bring a lunch Instructor: Staff Mad Science Of The Bay Area Location: Almaden Community Center , Course # 252.1.3031 Full Day 252.1.3036 Half Day
